Liliputbahn im Prater

Since 1928, Vienna has simply been inconceivable without the eternally young railway. From the Ferris wheel, the Liliputbahn takes you through the Wurstelprater, past the Schweizerhaus and Luftburg directly into the floodplain forest of the Grüner Prater in the direction of the Ernst Happel Stadium and back again. Every ride on the small train means 20 minutes of vacation, adventure, entertainment, well-being and fascination for the unique technology of the historic locomotive. Various locomotives from the last almost 100 years pull the airy, open wagons through the unique ambience. A special experience for children, families, railway enthusiasts, just for young and old alike. For more than 90 years, the original steam locomotives from the founding year have also been a particularly historical testimony to the past.
